Farwake Labs is a small software studio. We build the products we wanted to use, and we keep working on them after they ship.

There is no growth team here and no roadmap deck — there is the thing, and whether it is honest about what it knows.

What we mean by that

Surf Camp Scout grades every camp by the level you actually surf at. It would be trivially easy — and more profitable — to quietly show a beginner an advanced reef break to fill a booking. It doesn't, and that constraint is the reason the site exists rather than a feature of it.

That is roughly the whole philosophy. Software should tell you what it knows, tell you what it doesn't, and not blur the line to make itself look better.
